Utahn Alex Sedrick’s incredible run gives U.S. rugby its first Olympic medal
Utahn Alex “Spiff” Sedrick has sprinted her way into U.S. rugby lore.
The Herriman High graduate gave the United States its first Olympic rugby sevens medal Tuesday.
With time expired, Sedrick broke through a defender’s arms and ran the length of the field for the game-winning score and conversion.
