Women leaders switch jobs at record rates as they demand better from their workplaces

Women leaders are switching jobs at the highest rate in years, the 2022 edition of Women in the Workplace, an annual report from LeanIn.Org and McKinsey & Company, found. The authors are calling it "The Great Breakup."

Women leaders — already in short supply — are leaving their companies at rates not seen in years, a new report says. For every woman at the director level who gets promoted, two women directors leave.

The Cheesecake Factory to open a new location in Utah County

A new restaurant is coming to Orem — one that will be familiar to Salt Lake County diners. The Cheesecake Factory has announced that it’s opening a new location at University Place mall, at 575 E. University Parkway, this fall, according to a news release. This will be the upscale casual dining establishment’s first location in Utah County. The restaurant, which is known for its huge menu with more than 250 items and more than 30 cheesecakes, will be located next to Dillard’s and Itto Sushi, the release stated.
